1. High and low voltage current transformers for large transformers, GIS, and switchgear;
2. Soft magnetic toroidal cores and TPY cores for transformers;
3. High permeability materials containing 80% nickel and 5% molybdenum permalloy punchings, various cores, magnetic shielding covers, etc., for sensors and clamp meters.
Details
Toroidal cores: After processing through mechanical winding, heat treatment annealing, impregnation, cutting, debugging, testing, and packaging, the magnetic materials are shipped to customers.
Magnetic materials used to manufacture toroidal cores include: silicon steel sheets, nanocrystalline, and molybdenum permalloy.
Toroidal cores include continuous cores and cut cores. Continuous cores are generally used for the measurement level and general protection level of tubular current transformers in power systems. Cut cores are generally used for transient protection levels such as TPS, TPX, TPY, and TPZ.
