Applied Materials: Riga Steel can stably provide high-quality oriented silicon steel sheets (Baosteel, Wuhan Iron and Steel, Shougang, Nisshin Steel NSC, Kawasaki JFE, POSCO, AK Steel), with optional thicknesses: 0.05, 0.08, 0.10mm ultra-thin silicon steel sheets, 0.1mm super silicon steel, and 0.23, 0.27, 0.30, 0.35mm ordinary or high magnetic induction Hi-B silicon steel sheets.
Structural Features: Because its structure is formed by joining two halves to form a closed magnetic circuit, it is an open structure. Therefore, the coil can be manufactured separately from the core, and then the coil is placed on the core, thus shortening the production time.
Application Fields: Various specifications of C-type cores are widely used in 50Hz power frequency or 1KHz low-medium frequency transformers, mutual inductors, reactors, inductors, chokes, and other electromagnetic components in electronic equipment.
