However, existing common rotor Permalloy core coil frames exhibit poor overall installation stability, with coil frames easily shaking and shifting within the placement slots. This results in severe wear and tear between adjacent coil frames and the Permalloy core, easily shortening the service life of the Permalloy core and hindering its further market promotion and use.
To overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology, technicians have provided a Permalloy core with a longer service life and better stability to address the problems raised in the above background technology. It needs to be further explained that in the production of this Permalloy core, the following points should be noted: The top of the cushion is attached to the bottom of the movable frame, and the cushion is made of rubber material. A rotating shaft is movably connected within the shaft hole, and one end of the rotating shaft passes through the core. A wear-resistant layer is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the movable frame, and the inner wall of the wear-resistant layer is attached to the Permalloy core. The number of screws is set to four, and the four screws are arranged in a rectangular shape. The outer diameter of the upper washer is larger than the outer diameter of the upper nut, and the Permalloy core is fixedly connected to the external motor device.
Compared with the existing technology, this new Permalloy Core has the following beneficial effects: Firstly, by optimizing the structure and setting the right fixing plate, left fixing plate, movable frame, and screw, etc., the phenomenon of the coil frame shaking and shifting in the placement slot is avoided, thereby extending the service life of the core; secondly, by setting the upper and lower washers in the core, the fixing effect on the coil frame is enhanced; by setting the buffer pad, the purpose of buffering the bottom of the coil frame is achieved, avoiding the phenomenon of the coil frame being damaged; by setting the wear-resistant layer, the service life of the movable frame and even the entire core is extended, thereby effectively improving the market promotion capability of this new Permalloy core.
