  An AC contactor is an automatic switch used to connect or disconnect AC circuits with loads or high-capacity control circuits. It mainly consists of an electromagnetic mechanism, a contact system, and an arc extinguishing device. AC Contactor TPY Core is an important component of the electromagnetic mechanism. The silicon steel sheets constituting the TPY core body are not connected by rivets, and no special tools are needed to drive the rivets into the silicon steel sheets during installation, which is simple to operate; when the core body is damaged, the silicon steel sheets can be disassembled for repair or recycling of undamaged silicon steel sheets, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and saves resources. The end of the leaf spring away from the connecting rod is provided with a chamfer, and the chamfer is located at the end away from the two leaf springs. The end face of the TPY core block away from the longitudinal portion is a bevel, and the cross-sectional area of the block gradually decreases toward the side closer to the fixed portion. The movable part away from the fixed part is integrally formed with an extension extending to the side away from the longitudinal part, and when the limiting frame is connected to the core body, there is a gap between the movable part and the longitudinal part. Using the above technical scheme, when disassembling the limit frame, people can put their fingers into the gap formed between the movable part and the longitudinal part, and then move the movable part to the side away from the longitudinal part, making it easy for people to separate the limit frame from the core body. The TPY core is also provided with a transverse portion, and the transverse portion is provided with heat dissipation holes. Using the above technical scheme, the heat dissipation holes play a role in heat dissipation, preventing the TPY core body from being excessively deformed due to the high temperature of the eddy current during use, thereby causing changes in the product resistance and magnetic flux ratio, and ensuring product performance.


  In summary, this TPY Core has at least one of the following beneficial technical effects: 1. Adjacent silicon steel sheets are preliminarily positioned by dovetail blocks and dovetail grooves, then clamped by a limit frame, and a connecting rod is set to further limit the relative movement of the silicon steel sheets. When connecting the silicon steel sheets, no special tools for riveting are needed, the installation is convenient, and the work efficiency is high; 2. The leaf spring exceeds the connecting rod in the natural state, limiting the separation of the connecting rod from the limit frame or through hole, and improving the stability of the connecting rod; the limit frame is connected to the TPY core body by snap-fitting, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly.
