If the short circuit is not extensive or deep, use a special scraper to remove the stuck burrs and then repaint. Take this opportunity to remove all the core column bolts on the core column, and then use a weftless belt to tighten them instead of using the core column bolts. However, it should be noted that the weftless belt binding hoop should not be too thick to affect the winding of the sleeve. The thickness of the weftless binding hoop for distribution sensors is generally 1-2mm. If necessary, more binding hoops can be added to reduce the thickness of the binding hoops. If the short-circuited laminations are severely burned, deep, and stuck together, remove the laminations of the core column, use a flat shovel to remove the short circuit and burrs, and after trimming, remove the remaining paint film, repaint, and dry.
3. Ground fault causes iron filings to short circuit. During processing, use a thin flat shovel to remove the attached laminations from the surface of the core, remove burrs, and then paint.
4. The iron yoke clamp or other metal parts are loose, causing vibration, overheating and discoloration of the core, and burning of the paint film. After inspection, if the fault is serious, the faulty parts should be removed for repair, and the intact parts will not be moved. When assembling the damaged laminations, the repaired and intact laminations should be arranged alternately. After repair, iron loss and temperature rise tests should be conducted.
